I haven’t had the opportunity lately to photograph much live music. But, when I do, I love it! I got to photograph the Kokua Festival a couple of years ago with Jack Johnson and it was a blast! On Saturday I had the privilege of taking some photos of a local musician here in Phoenix, AZ. His name is Micah Beverly and he was a finalist in the “Best Looper Contest”, which is a really neat way to overlap music and gives the audience a lot of texture to listen to.
